About the Lodge

Welcome to the Crayford Lodge website which has been set up for the benefit of the members of the Lodge as well as giving meaningful information to the general public about Freemasonry.

Freemasonry is one of the world's oldest secular fraternal societies and is concerned with moral and spiritual values. In England & Wales and in many places overseas, Freemasonry is administered by the United Grand Lodge of England

Crayford Lodge is one of a number Lodges that meet in 11 Masonic centres throughout the Province of West Kent The Lodge Meets at the Dartford Masonic Center, 71 West Hill Dartford, Kent, DA1 2HJ  on the 4th Wednesday of September, November, January, March and May (which is our Installation). The Crayford Lodge No 6336 was Consecrated at Freemasons Hall, London on Wednesday October 30th 1946 by the Deputy Provincial Grand Master, W. Bro Wing/Comdr. Bertram Wilfred Noble, OBE,. R.A.F. Past Grand Deacon.
